No,she didn't,dude. Stop making things up, and read her book.
Exactly! I couldn't stand him at all---he acted like the whole trial was a big damn joke or something, and the thing is, the Daily Mail is nothing but a big fat tabloid anyway. So he had a lot of nerve calling himself a "journalist". A REAL journalist would have double-checked the facts and tried to uncover some new ones about the case---but this dude had the nerve to say he couldn't be bothered to make sure the facts of the stories he was reporting on were true---uh, that's what REAL journalists are supposed to do--that's their job. This dude was a joke---honestly, the director could have found somebody better to interview--like a REAL journalist, not some tabloid hack who just threw whatever bull**** he could in his so-called article just to sell the paper. Really, disgusting, tacky, and tasteless.
Read her book--she said that's not even what happened.
OH,please---I don't believe Anthony is innocent at all.
She explained why she ended up accusing Lumumba in her book--basically the police harangued her into accusing him because they were pressured into hurrying up and finding a suspect for the case. Do more research before you make up your mind.
Oh,please--Guede is the murderer, and he'll say anything to make himself look good. What I'd like to know is, if he was so into Kercher, why the hell didn't he take her to the hospital knowing she was so badly hurt? Why leave her there on the floor? Another thing--if Knox and Sollecito were so damn guilty, why didn't they flee the country around the same time Guede did? Why did they stay around to talk to the police? Hell, why would they even have called even the police to the apartment away if they'd committed murder? I mean, come on--your rabid insistence of her guilt is beyond rational and crazy is hell, anyway?
If you'd been watching, you'd realized that he had some kind of lock which didn't allow her to escape his place---otherwise she would have gotten the hell out of there, which she wanted to do. But she couldn't, and she did try to get out more than once. Actually, this film was a bit more realistic about the subject of rape than a lot of Hollywood films I've seen from that era. Plus this was an indie film, not a Hollywood flick--that's also what was different and unique about it.
Actually I think there had to be some time in between where she escaped from him and got herself together. I never got the impression that she went back to him literally the next day---seriously doubt that happened. I have to admit, didn't like the ending at first, but seeing it again made me look at it differently this time. I give this film some major credit just for dealing with how victims of rape had to handle the aftermath of what happened to them in those days, because that wasn't a subject even dealt with upfront in movies of that era. I thought it was very sad seeing what she was going through, because it was clear she would have committed suicide, if the mechanic hadn't stopped her from doing so. I mean, this was made in a time where folks barely discussed rape, let alone the aftermath of it, and they were no support groups for her to go to. The film actually had more of an arthouse European feel to it, and it was a nice little indie flick,too---well acted. Very thoughtful and honest film for its time.
Oh,please---trump is nothing but an old, racist, sexist throwback to when white men ruled and no one questioned why they were on top all the damn time. He's too old and stuck in his ways to learn anything new, or do anything new, unless it's a new way to cheat someone out of something, or kick someone to the curb after he no longer has any use for them, or make his family richer. That's the only reason he's in the WH---because white people wanted another white man back in the white house after our first black president, and they didn't want a woman president. You're supposed to have some political experience when running a country---you're not supposed to literally start from scratch to learn on the damn job. Who the f*** even does that?
Why the hell does trumpfie have to have a press conference almost every time he signs something? I doubt if he actually read half the orders he signs. And all he's doing is rolling back everything Obama did (like the Let Girls Learn educational initiative, which he just shut down for no reason at all) without giving a damn whether they helped his constituents at all. He can sign all the orders he wants, but that still won't ever replace the hard actual work of actually getting something done. This idiot actually said that he didn't know being president would be so hard. Like, how the f*** couldn't anyone NOT know that being president is basically a job? I mean, WTF? Seriously? And, on,BTW, Obama ended up having to sign some executive orders because most of the time, the republicans blocked most of everything he did, and wouldn't let him get a damn thing done, or through Congress. That's what they conveniently left out of this pro-donnie boy article.
Also, here's an article that shows to what lengths don the con would go to get out of being sued---check this story out:

Saw the film. If you read her book, there were a number of things let out of the doc, like the fact that she had been up all night with the Italian cops, she didn't understand any Italian at the time, wasn't even sure that her translator was getting right some of what said, and they were actually smacking her upside the head a couple of times to get what they wanted.
Rule:
What are you talking about? Many families are damaged and messed up like that--that's real life for some people. Just because you don't believe it happen dosen't mean that it never happens at all.
It says at the beginning of the film that it was based on a true story, so clearly it's autobiographical.
Yeah, it was a depressing film, but so what? It's was still closer to real life for some people than most Hollywood movies are, and it stayed true to its subject matter by keeping it really real. A well-made film, too. Being black myself, I could relate to some of the folks in the film---heck,my family even had that same large woven fan on the wall in the scene where Sammy tries to move up on his wife---I was like, "Whoa---we actually had one of those, lol!"
The actress playing Kari (Tessa Thompson) is black with some Mexican ancestry. I wish people would get off this "light skin" thing, seriously, and stop claiming that a light-skinned biracial person isn't a "real" black person. I mean, well over half a century ago, white people didn't give a damn how light-skinned you were, if you were black, you were black--period. Genetics don't work according to people's racial definitions---they just do what they do.
Excuse me? What a stupid thing to say. African people (just like African-Americans) come in all different colors, shapes, and sizes. I've liked Esposito for years, and he's always been a great actor, so he would have been equally perfect for that role---he would have brought the right amount of edgy presence, intelligence and menace, for starters. Plus, he's black, so who cares whether he's light-skinned or not? Hell, there are white, Asian, and Indian folks in Africa too,you know. All Africans aren't extremely dark-skinned,you know (and neither are African Americans, for that matter---I know that for a fact, being black myself and having grown up in different black communities. ) This is the 21st century---it's sickening that some people are still hung up on this stupid "light-skin--dark skin" thing. Especially some black folks (even though it was white people that started that bull**** during slavery.)
Actually check him out in both A Fantastic Fear of Everything and World's End. Both films have some of his best acting to date in them, and both are simply good films or top of that.
Who cares? I enjoyed the music---it made the film much more fun to watch. And I did liken it to a Tarantino flick, except much less heavy-handed.
Damn---that's a real Kill Bill-type ending there, lol. That would have made an even better flick, though. The thing is, the cheating couple just wanted to get the hell out of their situation---they were the only ones in the entire film that weren't trying to kill anyone else, especially for money.
Yeah, I just saw it and enjoyed it, too. It had a dark sense of humor, and I enjoyed the old-school style surf music, which was actually pretty lighthearted considering subject matter. Plus it was fun seeing Simon Pegg play a straight-up villain for once. And seeing yet another Hemsworth brother, too--that was interesting. Still don't understand how this never seemed to have gotten any kind of U.S. release,though----for some reason, none of Pegg's starring vehicles ever seem to get any real distribution here, even though he's a big name now. Go figure.
