I hear it is based on Tina's life.

You would be surprised. I never lived this life, but my best friend had similar events happen within her own family that were just like this.

What are you talking about? Many families are damaged and messed up like that--that's real life for some people. Just because you don't believe it happen dosen't mean that it never happens at all.
