He hated it so much that he gave back all the money he got for it and demanded his name be removed from all the credits for it, and never accepted any of the residuals that came from the movie for decades after it as released.
Just kidding. He bitched about the movie all the way to the bank.
I'll go with that.
Owen mentions the harvest when Luke ask to join the Academy earlier than originally planned. I would take that to mean that it is seasonal.
John had his own unique style and it was amazing. That's why he became the leader of the human resistance.
I saw it February when my school was on mid winter break, and it was packed on a week night.
I didn't think anyone could replace Bob Barker on The Price Is Right, but Drew Carey has actually done a great job and is now in his 13th year with it. They've really found a way to blend the traditional look and feel of the show, while also modernizing it and fitting it more to Drew. Although TPR has the advantage of having multiple sets and games, and 10 contestants each show. Jeopardy is stuck on the 1 set, with only 3 contestants who tend to not be the most energetic people in the world.
I think the real question would be did anyone even bother to ask Luke why he turned off his targeting computer?
I wonder if they walked in, saw the dead animal in the front room, and were just like "NOPE" and left.
I kind of get a PG-13 kind of vibe from the show. While yes there are a lot of fights, it's done in an almost cartoony sort of way, and there's some bad language but not much. Having nudity and sex scenes would change the tone of the show in a way that it's tried not to go, and the movies never went.
And they could have done nudity of YouTube Premium if they wanted too, but they choose not too.
And Peyton List was 19/20 when they filmed season 2, and probably 21 when they filmed season 3. While she is barely legal, maybe you should try not to creep on a girl that age quite so much.
More surprising is how many nominations her castmates DID get.
Aniston had 5 Emmy nominations. Three for lead actress (winning 1) and 2 for supporting. She won a Globe for Lead and was nominated once for supporting. All her nominations came later in the shows run.
Kudrow got SIX Emmy nominations, winning 1, and 1 Golden Globe nomination. All of them came in the earlier seasons.
Schwimmer got 1 Emmy nomination.
Perry had 1 nomination.
LeBlanc is the most shocking. 3 Emmy nominations for lead actor, never winning, and two Golden Globes. Very surprising considering he was almost fired.
The Guest Stars also had great success. DeVito, Applegate, Willis, Pitt, Hank Azaria, Selleck, Sarandon, and Oldman were all nominated, with Applegate and Willis winning.
OJ was actually still famous and a working actor at the time of the murders.
Part I: It was purple underwear
Part II: He was in a panic and grabbed the first mobile device he could reach. It just happened to be a girls hoverboard.
Part III: He didn't pick them. Doc did, and he hated them.
No I mean this brother who is a rookie out of Wisconsin.
His brother is having a great start to his rookie year, and he is jealous and took it out on that poor girl. Hopefully this serves as a wake up call for him to straighten out his life.
It was out of petty sibling jealously. He's jealous that his brother is now a running back for the Indianapolis Colts.
There probably was a long time after those movies where she wasn't especially proud of them and did try to distance herself from them. But that's not uncommon for actors to be like that when they hit big with one role and have a hard time moving away from it. But most of those actors eventually come to terms with it, and appreciate that as an actor you dream of having at least one role which will live on even after you're gone. It does seem like she has reached that point with Star Wars.
Obviously she is incredibly intelligent. So at some point she probably realized that while movies like Closer and Black Swan gave her the critical success she craved and an Oscar, those Star Wars residual checks are still coming in 20 years later. Even if she didn't realize this, I bet she has an agent who pointed this out to her when the chance to do another Thor movie was presented to her.
Kind of surprising Rob Zombie didn't use her in either of his movies. Based on what we know:
1) She was an unknown actress and was super excited just to be in the movie. She would have done it for free, but of course you would have to pay her scale.
2) She was willing to die a gruesome death.
3) She wouldn't be shy about taking her top off.
Not that this counts for anything, but.......
In the Rob Zombie version, Loomis says something to Michael along the lines of "Michael I've known you for 15 years. That's twice as long as I knew my second ex-wife."
No matter what you think of those movies, I love lines like that because it showed that Loomis did have a normal life away from Michael, however Michael became such an obsession for him that he sacrificed everything else in his life.
When Mr. Boddy is first found on the floor, Wadsworth doesn't say a word, or even move until the group goes to Yvette.
Wadsworth and Yvette do not go with the group at first to the kitchen to find the cooks body. Wadsworth eventually shows up, but Yvette never does, which works with the first ending. But Prof. Plum and Mrs. Peacock do, and are both there the whole time, which doesn't work with the other endings.
What I meant was how did the President explain to the press and to the American Public how he lost his finger? Surely at some point he would do a press conference in front of the large group of reporters, or be campaigning and shacking peoples hands. At some point someone is going to notice that he's missing a finger and ask him how and when that happened.
