Yeah I agree. There was nothing. It was very slow and quite boring.
I'm playing right now. I still haven't got the hang of this role playin stuff. Any tips.?
Disagree. I think the smoky eye makeup works on her best.
Same.
Korean film "Bedevilled" (2010) had me so upset and balling my eyes out.
Omg! This was some wokety woke boring mess. All the jokes fell flat. It was so cringe to watch. I watched with others and no one laughed. I felt bad for the girl who recommended it and said it was 'soo good'.
The janitor preaching about killing too many poc was unnecessary. They thought that was funny? Or the random "I am happy my girl is pregnant and then getting an abortion" in the alley. Why they keep that in there had nothing to do with the story.
Of course, of course, they had to drop the words sexist and racist. And woke cherry on top, they not only say the words but must feature actual sexists (scene in the bar) and a racist. They wrote the T-1000 guy as an actual racist because that's the biggest threat today in 2022. Gosh, such bad writing but checked all the woke boxes. Robert Patrick could have been a more interesting bad guy.
I was cringing the whole time.
Just watched this again. Its still good.
It was probably a good thing you were baked. This movie creeped me out more than Hereditary and yet I cannot wait for the next creepy film from this director. Give it another go. Enjoy!!
I'll have to check it out. Dark comedy is my favorite.
Of the more recent super hero collection, I only like Guardians of the Galaxy.
Same. I liked A3 for all the reasons you gave. I just don't think it's better than A2 but then again I'm sucker for Alien movies. So I liked them all.
The People Under the Stairs (1991). I hated this movie because my older siblings forced me to watch it and it scared the bleep out of me. I watched it five years ago and loved it because it really was just a dark comedy which are one of my favorite genres.
Ha. I remember that spooky ending. Quite interesting to know how they filmed the scene.
Unrelated to the topic, I cannot remember but did this film feature horse head bookends?
I forgot to mention Castaway (2000). We all know the scene. That tore me up. I cannot watch that movie again.
Oh yeah. So sad. I can't watch that one again.
Gawd I hate em too. So boring.
For me recently, that would be Bedeviled (2010) now only searchable by 'Kim Bok-nam salinsageonui jeonmal'. The ending just had me and my two friends crying our eyes out.
They ran out of ideas so sequeals, reboots, and super hero movies is all we will get now.
I'm glad I'm not the only one. Never watched the first. I was completely bored with this one. One guy said it best the long drown out meaningless scenes and generic action sequences ruined this film. The humor fell flat. I didn't care about any of the characters other than polka dot man. Then they killed him. I was watching with others and they just loved it. It made me wonder what was wrong with me.
I agree with you. She is my new fav bad ass too. I really enjoyed this movie.
That's one good looking woman. I liked this movie. Her acting was great. I would like to see more of her.
