Stranger Things for adults, sort of. I've been recommending this to everyone I know who enjoyed that show. Can't wait for the next season, assuming it gets renewed. "Let me know and I will come on board with your idea to get the powerful and wealthy out of power.' I am under no illusions that a garbage human being like you has any interested in real change or justice. "If people work hard, they are entitled to what they earn." Under no fair and just system is anyone entitled to be a multimillionaire while some people starve or go broke because they can't afford health care. There is simply no metric under which someone is that much more talented or better than anyone else. But that's okay, I understand that scum like you just don't recognize any of this. "I don't subscribe to the anti-white culture that exists today. . ." It exists only in your deluded imagination, idiot. It can be both! Completely unnecessary, but I'll be there unless the reviews are awful. Loved this series. "Hahaha, did you really just throw out the "no I'm not,you are" card. Lol,thanks for the chuckle." The facts are clearly on my side, not yours. We have a problem with sexual harassment in the country. The reason why we have this problem is because of cretins like you who contribute to a culture where women's complaints about male behavior are marginalized and only men get to decide when their complaints are legitimate or not. I'm the one pointing the finger at this behavior, you are the one defending it. Therefor you are obviously and objectively part of the problem. I'm part of the solution. It is as simple as that, but I'm sure even this simple point will be too difficult for you to grasp. "Either way,you are most certainly part of what is wrong with this country." Actually, that's what you are. "Troll has become a derogatory word for anyone that says the truth. It's still the truth." You actually called the dictionary definition of a word from Merriam-Webster "fake information" when it proved you didn't know what a word really meant. That's how interested in "truth" you really are. Which is to say, you aren't interested in truth at all. You're a moronic troll. Everyone knows it and you aren't fooling anyone. "But that has nothing to do with sexism/sexual harassment." It has everything to do with sexism/sexual harassment. The fact that people like you don't recognize this is why we have the problems we do. The truth of the matter is that Brie and other women find these kinds of behaviors unpleasant. That's enough. Just accept this, and DON'T BEHAVE THAT WAY. Why would you persist in trying to normalize something that other human beings don't like? Do you not have respect? "Are you suggesting that any type of personal interaction at work is inappropriate? Because what he did is about as mild as it gets." Excuse me, pumpkin, but asking for someone's number when you are moving them through a checkpoint and have power over them is completely inappropriate. If you can't understand why this behavior is unacceptable, you are simply beyond reason and have no moral compass. Don't give me your fake wonderment about "any type of personal interaction at work". Brie was being perfectly reasonable. A TSA agent has no business asking for a stranger's phone number while doing his job. This isn't rocket science fer chrissakes. I live not near, but in the midst of the reality, so you can keep living in your idiotic brainwashed dream world. "It's a business, so ultimately it's the only one that counts." You obviously have no understanding of how this business works. Good actors get work regardless of whether their movies are big hits. Whether their movies are huge box office success only effects their pay checks. That's it. Streep is going to have a movie out every year even if each one loses money. That's how it works. "My original point was and remains that she is an odious, ungrateful person who may soon regret that behavior." Only an idiot with no regard to the facts would think this--obviously you are the sort of person who looks at headlines and doesn't bother with the details. She has repeatedly stated how grateful she is for her fans. Repeatedly. Remember the time she broke through the barricade at a red carpet event to hug and chat with a disabled girl? Probably you don't. Are you aware of her annual visits to children's hospitals? Probably not. Her point in this interview is that when she is not working and on on her own time, she doesn't like being interrupted by people asking for selfies and likes to be left alone, so she remains aloof and cold to dissuade people intruding on her. Pretty much every famous movie star will tell you that this is a necessity of the life. She's just more blunt about it. So please, get a clue. "I am sorry, but unless you have been very few places in this country, you would know that one of the legit knocks with democrats is how poorly cities and states are run with them in charge." Your delusion has been duly noted. "One of those bullshit claims that Democrats throw around in their echo chamber, but never back up with actual stats. " i note with great satisfaction and no surprise that your metrics consist entirely of factors that have nothing to do with standards of living. My point stands: blue states are much better to live in than red states. "Like Detroit, Chicago, etc? What a moron!" Only morons like you cherry pick the data. The facts show that the standards of living are better in Democratic run states. Cry about it all you want. "The only real metrics we have to work with show nothing but a downward trend." That's only if you think box office success is the only metric that counts. It isn't. Sorry, but the facts just aren't on your side. Get used to it. "Box office is everything to the people who pay for these films to be made. If those people stop believing she is a bankable name, the JLaw market will dry up." No it isn't. It is a fact that studios every year make some movies just for prestige and recognition, knowing they will either lose money or not make much, but will look fantastic as a legacy. mother! was just such a movie. They stay alive by balancing those flicks with more commercial fare. Talent is always going to get work, and she is a top tier talent. That's just a fact. All box office will effect is her paycheck, not her getting work. She's going to be around as long as she wants to be. Get used to it. "Time will tell. Her most recent films did not do well at all." Which had absolutely nothing to do with her. In what possible universe does a movie about the invention of a mop or a Biblical metaphor that assaults the audience with a scene of a baby being murdered and eaten supposed to turn out to be a hit? She continues to be recognized as one of the greatest actresses of her generation. Box office isn't everything. "I don't remember high praise for her performance in the last XMEN movie." An actor is only as good as the material they are given, and Raven/Mistique continues to be butchered by horrible writing. I just wish she had walked away from that series, because I'm not looking forward to the next one at all. She got plenty of love from critics for pretty much everything else.
