And all righties that knew this movie was coming were set on liking it and defending it whether is was garbage or not. What did you expect THEIR score to be? Do you think that The Crow is a superhero movie? Jonah Hex? Hell, The Mask? She's from a different universe than any Charles we've seen before. One Wolverine variant we saw in this very movie was younger than those that Jackman played. In Spider-Man: No Way Home, we saw 3 Peter Parkers that were all different ages. The Blade we saw in this movie will be older than the MCU Blade (if we ever get one). The Daredevil from Elektra's universe is older than the ones we see in the Netflix series and She-Hulk. Understand what I'm getting at here? All this talk about how woke-ism didn't exist back then, and it was normal to have a black lead and no one made a big deal out of it (of course) is silly and irrelevant. Even the more logical points of how it wasn't marketed as being a superhero movie and that it was rated R, was violent, bloody, and wasn't as mainstream of a movie, and movies based on comic books weren't as hyped up back then (while all actually partly true) miss the mark. Blade is a vampire hunter. This is a vampire movie. This is not a superhero movie. This, plus the fact that Blade is not a superhero. He may be a comic book character, but he's a vampire hunter. It's a vampire movie, not a superhero movie. I almost thought you were being serious until the alpha male comment. No. They could not pull it off. I like the idea of rival Ghostfaces. There's solid evidence that he's dead. Everything else is silly fan speculation. Wouldn't jive That's actually not a terrible way to do it, honestly. Yeah them being gay is far more believable than anything they can come up with for how he'd be alive. "This gutter trash is being shown on the Disney channel" No it isn't lol Nah we'll be much happier when you stop being pieces of shit. I hadn't heard about Toby being cancelled. I think this movie is terrible on its own, not only when compared to the original. That's fine. You don't have to. Sidney wasn't in the last movie and very likely wouldn't have been in 7 had Melissa Barrera not been fired and Ortega dropped out. I'd agree if you'd said Sam instead of Sidney. If it's "a character no one heard of" they won't know he's a comic book character. Some are and some aren't. Just like movies. Hope this helps.
