I watched 4 and like you, I doubt I watch 5. My wife says to give it one more episode but the show is getting worse instead of better for me. In other words, episode 1>episode 2> episode 3> episode 4.
I may or may not watch 5. I guess it depends on my wife. Lol
I give Hacksaw Ridge the victory.
Sorry......
I liked Interstellar and Inception more.
Sorry to disagree but I do. It lacked a few things for me:
1. A sense of urgency to get out of there (needed to see German Blitz)
2. No emotional connection with anyone
It was a very good movie with no CGI I believe. That is impressive. The music and cinematography were outstanding.
I give it 8 out of 10.
Somebody big will die in the last two episodes....it always happens. Btw, Lady Tyrell died last week....she is pretty big if you ask me. Jamie won't die because he is a major star. Bronn might die because like you said, he is no big deal.
Interesting that the Academy Awards disagreed with your opinion. I personally loved both movies and both leading actors.
Who said the Bible isn't enough? I'm really not getting your point here. If you don't mind, please clarify for me. Thanks.
But to share some thoughts I have regarding this movie...I think the writer attempted to give a valid perspective to explain why God allows for bad things to happen. God gave man FREE WILL and it wasn't Gods fault man chose to disobey, which resulted in sin, and the following consequences. The good news according to the Bible is that someday the curse will be lifted and there will be a "perfect" world order again, Paradise Regained, if you will. In the meantime, people have a lifetime to pursue truth and to find God's love as demonstrated through the death and resurrection of His only begotten son, Jesus.
I applaud this movie for attempting to get people to think, study, and ponder.
I'm sorry you feel that way Rebecca. I'm a Christian with no religious affiliation and my wife and I absolutely LOVED AND APPRECIATED the movie for attempting to answer the one question that many nonbelievers especially wrestle with- why does God allow bad things to happen. We were not offended at all. I'm sorry you were.
100% agree. The casting was absolutely fantastico. Sam and wife were awesome but the Holy Trinity blew me away.....really loved the two Papas! I like what Papa 1 said, "I didn't think you needed a father figure so I presented myself as a Mother figure for your benefit (my paraphrase) and then when he had to go deal with the murder scene, Papa was now Father, and he said, "I think you need a Father now...". Wow, pretty insightful!
What a great way to make a point!
Didn't read the book, but yes, he did poison and kill his dad.
I guess that was not the focus of the movie. Just the fact that he did kill his father and have to carry that guilt with him for so many years. But I agree.....I didn't shed a tear when Dad died.
There were also many storylines, I can see why you feel that way. Me personally....it was fine.
I do think Chuck is bye bye. It looks like Hector's illness that caused his paralysis was right there last night. I'm glad we will still have at least one more season with Kim. She brings it every show.
I'm pretty sure Nacho handed over the old nitroglycerin pills. I don't believe Nacho is in BB so he will get out of this in some form or fashion.
I'm confused as to why Gus wanting to save Hector except that he thought Hector needs to suffer more than a quick death.
Maybe, and you make a good point. I hope not. I think people getting killed is sort of the easy way out to solve a problem. I hope it is much more profound than that.
Not better.
She had the power now to make her choice. Let her make it this time. Don't you remember when Jim made the decision for her the first time?
Ohhhhhhhhhh, that one. I forgot about that one. Lol
I'm sure you meant Nora and KEVIN's final dialog.
I felt the same as you did. Yeah, it may have taken 10-15 years, but it looks like they got it right now.
Lol. I'm sorry it pained you so much. I hope your next one is all pure joy.
100% disagree.
John may not be going to prison but he has his own prison.....in his mind, and that will haunt him for life. That was the purpose of episode 9, to show you what kind of pain John is in.
Episode 10 did wrap things up nicely. Both kevin and Sally got theirs....yeah!
Did Nolan finally get peace of mind knowing what happened to Daddy? That is up to you to decide.
What more do you need?
