PJs, nightshirts, and sometimes a nightgown. Depends on how hot or cold it is at night. I'm barefoot all year long, unless my feet truly are cold.

When I was a younger man, I did sleep in the nude. Not a good look for someone on the brink of senior citizenship. I sleep in my undies (Polo Ralph Lauren boxer briefs, if you must know). In colder weather I have two pajamas--a light pair and a flannel pair.

Civilised people tend to wash their balls during the day so a smelly bed is easily avoidable, samoanjoes.

Though the mental image you conjure of your sweaty ballsack stinking up your bed is rather unfortunate!
