Please explain, what was the palindrome? Donnie Brasco is a good film. I watched it several times over the years. Did you ever watch Casino? Thats my favorite mob film. The setting is a character in itself. And they describe the inner workings in narration for the first hour of the film as it progresses. A short clip from Casino: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZN6mp2NjMhs Thank you for this interesting post. I havent seen the movie but this is good. I might need to at some point. https://youtu.be/mlR9fCXfWyM This is as close to IMDb when it comes to discussing movies as I have found. Its pretty active and I've found some interesting discussion and insightful posts. "Always leave them wanting more"... Im just kidding. I meant to add that I'll post another one later as I ran out of time and had to leave before truly finish my post and yet I didnt even type that out before submitting either xD I hadnt heard that song from Waggaki Band so it still applies : ) It was hard for me to decide a second song when I returned. So I decided to share two songs that are for ambience, one a Blade Runner vibe and another a fantasy realm vibe both stirring up different emotions and feelings yet both are soothing and play to the imagination. I've played these both a few times while browsing the internet. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dylMO2buCXA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZnCWaoXiozw Agreed. I was pleasantly surpised to see Waggaki Band. I have one of their songs saved that I clicked on randomly one day and enjoyed it : ) I decided to choose two very different songs, that I dont think may have been seen so prevalent either. https://youtu.be/1lmpGxQnjqk <second one coming soon> "Hit em up Style" by Blu Cantrell https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rwjV5MVw1AE Did you watch the Fallout Series? I have never played borderlands and have no idea about it at all except for the weird red man with strange mask helmet image. Fallout series was really good, and I played Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas. They got the world right and the atmosphere. But my Fiance who barely played Fallout 3, enjoyed the series as well! So it can be done right! Reading your post made me realize something about my childhood. There were many times my parents would cut the cable off due to needing money for other expenses. They would never tell us, so we would be watching TV and suddenly white fuzz xD It happened several times throughout my childhood. But thinking of it, not having TV we found other ways to entertain ourselves and it was through imagination and thinking that we came up with stuff to do. Even built cardboard pirate ships out of a box since we were enjoying a pirate phase. We went out and played army in the woods. We werent glued to the TV too much. Made for better times actually! I know what you mean, suddenly getting TV back it was strange and also kinda magical to see a show xD Its just giving one of those half-hugs like you give a loved one when you are just going to the store nearby for a gallon of milk. Sherlock Holmes 3: The Games Afoot And Neal McDonough https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0568180/?ref_=tt_cl_t_4 He refused doing any scene with him engaging in romantic acts with any woman that wasnt his wife. Was blacklisted for awhile but held by his convictions and began getting steady work again. I thought it was interesting in the first film when Lestrade<spoiler> turned out to be a member of that secret society, like a double twist when he punches Holmes and then later helps him escape.</spoiler> I still hum the music from time to time. And the world in the movies felt authentic and "lived in". I dont really know the name of the movie or if Irene Adler will return, but I have wanted a Sherlock Holmes 3 for so very long now as well. I loved the chemistry of Robert Downey and Jude Law and I enjoyed the setting. Yes, theres only two sherlock holmes movies yet he appeared as iron man in over a dozen movies. We need Sherlock Holmes 3: The Illustrious Client and Irene Adler shall return : ) I have solid memories of watching a new episode airing next to my Father and Mother in the kitchen. And then being so excited to see what happens next week! Scary and fascinating and time spent with family. I remember my Dad playing a joke on me saying "Hey knock that roach off the TV"! During the episode with all the "killer cockroaches". Turns out the crawling roach was on the show and the showrunners knew just what to do to freak us out! My Dad laughed when I tried swatting it with a newspaper to no avail : ) Thats like How Cleopatra lived closer to the time of the Iphone than she did to the time of the building of the Great Pyramids! I think you should watch the two new seasons, they had several really good episodes and it is X Files! Judge a show or a movie by its own standing or merit, and thinking of it like this I enjoyed both new seasons. And if you must compare, it does what every older season of X Files did, it has some golden episodes and also has some lore episodes that may leave wayyy more questions than answers xD Its worth a watch!
