My fave line is one that I just noticed when I recently watched it. It was when Serena and Margot are walking through door and Morgot can't say matabolism (it was when Elle tells them she is going to Harvard) the way she tries to say it is halrious. Seriously watch it agian and try to find it it's like 15min into the movie.

I love the scene when they are all in a circle telling about themselves at the orientation meeting--the lines crack me up.
"Before that, I was deworming orphans in Somalia."
"Stephen Hawking stole my 4th grade paper" (or something like that)
"I single-handedly organized the Lesbians against drunk driving thing"

And then when Enid jumps when Elle says "Oh!"
ROFL!

That whole "Harvard Admissions Committee" bit was great, too.
it's not a funny line, but one of my favorites is after elle tries to join the study group, and as she's leaving enid makes a rude comment and elle says "you know, if you had come to a rush party, i would have at least been nice to you."
