My favorite scene is when the two girls were telling David that there is no way they would go out with such a dork. Elle overhears this and walks up to him and slaps him and asks why he never called. Tells him it was the best night of her life, etc., etc. After she makes her scene, the other two girls are now wanting to go out with him. I love that scene!

I liked when she visits the defendant who tells her alibi, then Elle tells Callahan that she does have an alibi.
Callahan: Great! What is it?
Elle: I can't tell you.
Callahan: Why the hell not?
Elle: Because I gave Brooke my word that I wouldn't.
He is still trying to get her to tell him when he is called away and he tells the others to work on her. This one guy speaks.
Guy: Why don't you just tell the alibi?
Elle: Because I gave my word.
Guy: But we're gonna lose the case.
Elle: Then we're not very good lawyers.
