More talented and attractive than her mom?

Both have their virtuous, but remember Lea played the girl-next-door type in several mega hits back in the 80’s(Back to the Future, Red Dawn, All the Right Moves), yet could not carry a film by herself(the one I remember ‘Casual Sex’ bombed)
Zoey is more edgy & versatile and had all ready carried several films, but there mostly Indy flicks who haven’t had the box office appeal.
One thing that bothers me about Zoey though is how skinny she looks(or is it she’s just so small boned?). It’s one thing to match up. with dorks(like in most her films) but can she lead opposite an rugged leading man?

I never found her mom to be attractive, so in terms of looks, Zoey all the way.
