Evil actions by rogue cops.

As you are by now aware I have posted a lot of examples of rogue cops commiting evil acts upon innocent people just for kicks. Instead of making separate posts showing these evil acts I have decided to show them here when I find them. https://thecivilrightslawyer.com/2022/09/23/cops-tase-and-arrest-guy-sleeping-in-his-truck-in-a-home-depot-parking-lot/

I support the police actions during this incident. Home Depot called the police to mention that their alarm was malfunctioning and they wanted additional police patrols due to suspicious activity in the area. This guy was parked in the parking lot at 2:30am on December 26th and the store did not open until 7am. There were also dark tinted windows on the vehicle that blocked views into the vehicle.

This guy could have been a drunk driver who endangered others on the roads and decided to sleep it off in a parking lot. That is a DUI in most states and that is suspicious. It's also quite suspicious for a car to be parked at 2:30AM in the parking lot of a closed business on the day after Christmas. That business was closed on Christmas day.

When a cop questions a person in their vehicle, they need to provide their identification and they need to obey officer commands. The use of the taser was justified since the man GRABBED THE COP'S ARM. The man did have a warrant for his arrest in NY but it was not extraditable. The man also had some sort of a stun gun in his vehicle so the man may have been attempting to grab the cop's arms and stun him.

The use of the taser was justified and there was sufficient suspicious activity by this man that justified a police interaction. There were no EVIL acts committed by the cops!

Nah these cops are fucking bastards. You don't get to batter people based on your ego...regardless of rank.

reply

I disagree. The perp did not cooperate with the police by providing his identification and he GRABBED THE COP'S ARM. The perp battered the cops by GRABBING THE COP'S ARM. The cops are allowed to use reasonable force when suspects resist arrest so people should not resist arrest. Everyone in the US should know that resisting arrest can be fatal so anybody who does not cooperate with the police is crazy and/or stupid and/or suicidal.

The perp

What was the crime committed?

I have waited in parking lots waiting for stores to open my entire life. Fuck that shit, these pigs need their badges stripped.

Another evil action from a rogue cop. https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/san-antonio-officer-fired-shooting-teen-sitting-mcdonalds-parking-lot-rcna51196
It is obvious that the cop became a cop for the sole purpose of murdering burger eaters in cold blood just for kicks.

reply

The cop did administer cpr on the kid so he wasn't trying to kill him. The cop may have been too quick to shoot the kid BUT this all could have been avoided if the kid talked to the cop instead of trying to drive away. The video in the DM article below shows that the cop called it in as a car that he thought had escaped from him the other day.

Yet if someone breaks into your house you’re going to go crying to 911 like a little pussy.

reply

Agreed. This is why rogue murderous cops should never be called out- because of 911.

reply

And who are these rogue murderous cops you speak of?

reply

I can't do it all for you. This thread here is about rogue cops- click on the links. If your argument is that cops are infallible then please support that.

reply

First of all I never said that but putting that aside police brutality in this country is not a huge problem, it’s almost a non issue. The problem is the far left wants to selectively cherry-pick the very small minority of bad apples and use them to perpetuate their lies and false narratives. What is a far bigger threat is the soft on crime and defund the police bullshit that the left has actively embraced which has killed far more people than a couple of rogue cops who did the wrong thing

reply

I agree with that. I also believe that police could use some reform. I don't claim to know everything. The discussion here though was hypothetical meaning specific incidences were not part of it. I'm familiar with the human condition though, and without push-back individuals usually look for more and more power. There was only one George Washington. Police have a lot of power already and from what I understand they police themselves, which IMO is never a good idea. I know cops get fired, but they find work quickly at other precincts and towns. There's a good deal of training that goes into policing otherwise I would suggest making it like the army- 4 year terms. I don't have the answers, but cops are not being greatly supported by either side of the isle lately due to their determination to play along with those in power that have illegal and nefarious intentions.

reply

Agreed and yes I can’t stand the few corrupt cops, they are tarnishing the reputation of the vastly overwhelming good cops and are giving radicals an enemy to rally against. I would never want to be a cop today

reply

No me either. I'm old enough though to remember when they were a bit kinder, and didn't treat us as if we were criminals. Now my last conversation with a police officer was very pleasant. Reminded of days of old. There are probably different cultures in various localities regarding cops and that could be what I'm seeing. I still prefer the sheriff and deputies as they answer directly to the voters. God bless

reply

Honestly I don’t care if the cops are nice or not. As long as they keep me and my family safe from far left terrorists.

reply

In situations of distress, cops can go from treating us like perps to much worse. If they begin at a lower level there is still room to escalate without injuries and prison time.

reply

ABOLISH THE POLICE!

reply

Get a pilot program going for that where you live. I'm behind you all the way!

reply

I live in rural Vermont, it's pretty much the way it is already...

you cant just write that without something to clarify if you are parodying idiots that say that or not

You got anything on cops arresting nurses for refusing to take blood from unconscious criminals taken into the ER? Because I've heard of medical workers being arrested for following the law. I mean, the law states that you cannot take blood samples from people admitted into the medical facility without their consent, or a warrant. To arrest someone for following the rules like that is ridiculous, evil, and is tantamount to a police state.

reply

I remember that. In Utah right? It was all caught on body worm camera video and it was crazy. Destroyed several law enforcement careers and cost the city half a million. I felt like the punishment went way too far considering she was only restrained in the back of the police car for like 20 minutes. It does go to show those founding fathers were damned accurate on that 4th Amendment and that police reform can be brought about without rioting and burning everything to the ground

The cop was a little harsh. He should have just written her a ticket since it's going to be a PR nightmare. The cop should have realized that he was dealing with a ditzy female driver who cannot concentrate on the road since she has 100 things going on in her crazy brain. I was riding in a car with a female friend and I had to tell her TWICE that the light was red before she slammed the brakes. There are also plenty of bad male drivers but they are usually high, aggressive or insane.

I had a similar situation happen at 11pm when I was coming back from the grocery store on a four lane backroad. I was in a 35 mph zone in the left/fast lane going 30 mph or so. The cop came up behind me and I couldn't see anything since it was dark on the unlit backroad. The cop turns on his siren lights and I was a little shocked for a second or two before I decided to move to the right lane. The cop then zoomed past me but I didn't expect anyone to be on this backroad at 11pm. I thought he might be pulling me over for something that late at night but he just zoomed by me. The law in my state stipulates that drivers are supposed to move out of the way of emergency vehicles and I didn't know about the law.
