Evil actions by rogue cops.

As you are by now aware I have posted a lot of examples of rogue cops commiting evil acts upon innocent people just for kicks. Instead of making separate posts showing these evil acts I have decided to show them here when I find them. https://thecivilrightslawyer.com/2022/09/23/cops-tase-and-arrest-guy-sleeping-in-his-truck-in-a-home-depot-parking-lot/

What is your point highlighting these rogue cops?
Do you have a suggestion for a solution to the issue?

https://youtu.be/_HGDe5fThgY I challenge anyone to give me a good reason why a law should not be passed that would give the victims the right to use deadly force in response to the evil actions of these rogue cops.

I challenge anyone to give me a legal reason why Tyler Poe and Zachary Fadley should not be charged with the cold blooded murder of Ralph Ennis. https://thecivilrightslawyer.com/2022/12/26/elderly-man-with-dementia-protected-and-served-by-police/
FACT: Arkuie Williams became a medical examiner for the sole purpose of lying about the cause of Ralph Ennis's death so that Tyler Poe and Zachary Fadley would get away with cold blooded murder. Here's the proof. https://royalexaminer.com/medical-examiner-ralph-ennis-died-of-natural-causes/

Cops are protected by qualified immunity so their actions have to be egregious in order to bring charges. It was dark outside so they may not have realized that the guy was really old. Some of the cops are brutes who tackle or body slam somebody before talking to them. Firing the cops might be appropriate BUT I would not support murder charges. I think the cops should use gentle restraint when dealing with seniors or smaller people.

Recruitment of cops will suffer if they are charged with a crime every time they try to arrest somebody. I didn't see good bodycam footage of the arrest since it was blurry and interrupted by the commentator.

What should Daniel Sanchez be charged with? What is the most he could be convicted on? https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/-nothing-wrong-family-texas-entrepreneur-fatally-shot-police-say-was-d-rcna59884

I would think that involuntary manslaughter would be the only charge that would stick. I agree that the cop was negligent when he did not identify himself as a police officer and did not give the man enough time to drop the weapon. While I believe it might be appropriate to fire the officer, I don't support criminal charges due to qualified immunity.

The guy was acting erratically at 12:30am. A security guard or neighbor called the cops about a guy roaming his property with a rifle and pointing it at his house. The guy fired two shots into his house just as the cops arrived on the scene. I could understand why the cops were acting in an urgent manner since shots were fired. It was also really dark so it would be difficult to determine what was going on.

Recruitment of cops will plummet if they do not have qualified immunity. I want a quick response time from the cops if I have to call 911 about a psycho killer terrorizing my neighborhood.

Getting rid of qualified immunity would cause police to be more careful. I don't want careless people recruited to be cops.

FACT: The Galveston Texas Police Department thinks it should be legal for their officers to commit sexual assault. Not only that they will arrest victims for filings a complaint against against their officers. Here's the proof. https://youtu.be/CkgEODVlPLQ

Now rogue cops are given awards for murdering innocent people in cold blood just for kicks. https://www.chieftain.com/story/news/2023/02/23/pueblo-deputy-awarded-purple-heart-for-being-injured-in-ward-shooting/69937611007/

I support the cops in this incident. The guy was wrestling with the cop, headbutted him and supposedly tried to grab his gun. The cop asked for id and he didn't provide it. It's still unfortunate that he died but sane and rational people should know that they should NOT resist arrest. Duh! Don't fight the cops. Fight in court!

I personally believe that a cop should not have to win every fight with martial arts or hand-to-hand combat techniques. If a dumb/crazy/evil MF is going to fight a cop, I'd rather have the cop shoot them dead. Cops are not ninjas who can disable a person with one punch/slap.

The cops were called because this guy hopped in another vehicle with a lady in it. The lady freaked out and he jumped out. He claimed that he thought it was his relative's vehicle but he could have been a thief or predator. Suspicious people at schools need to be investigated. Keep the schools safe!

Everyone should watch the Chris Rock PSA How To Not Get Your Ass Kicked By The Police. I would only add that people should give the cops their identification cards in order to avoid trouble.

After the innocent victim explained to the rogue cop that he accidentally got in the wrong vehicle the cop should have said OK sorry it could happen to anyone instead of murdering him in cold blood just for kicks.

The cop needs to get the identification card of the perp in order to check for outstanding warrants, restraining orders and prior arrests. The guy could have been a pedophile looking for children to snatch from vehicles, a stalker looking for the vehicle of an unsuspecting teacher or a mass shooter or terrorist casing the joint. Keep our schools SAFE!

Chris Rock's advice doesn't work with cops itching to murder people in cold blood just for kicks.
