Genius, no, but neither is Richard Pryor, Eddie Murphy, Bill Murray, Dave Chapelle….
Kauffman was an artist, and a troll and did what he wanted, and should be respected for staying true to himself and not selling out like the majority of people do in Hollywood.
Just on the cheeks maybe a few times I think, as they do in that part of the world in greeting and so forth.
Denzel’s character might lean a certain way, but it’s nothing that detracts from the film, and in my opinion it works well, I mean we’re talking about the Roman Empire, and it’s no secret that some men of power, maybe more than some, went full Diddy during this time period.
For me it’s mostly about how often I’m inclined to rewatch something. In my opinion, the original Gladiator has that, and in spades. I have no problem falling back into the original Gladiator whenever the mood strikes, that being said, while the sequel wasn’t bad, it’s not one of those films I’ll be inclined to rewatch again and again, as I am for Shawshank, or 300, or A New Hope…
It was meant to be taken figuratively, both Elizabeth and Sue were dependent on the other for survival.
The voice was trying to be emphatic, TAKE CARE OF THE OTHER….
No way Jose’, it’s a one sided way of life, with zero benefit for the original self.
6.5
Denzel was the best part of it imo.
Nope, he got out after 6 days due to his celebrity and wealth privilege.
Jussie got off on a highly suspect technicality that was exploited by a state that values the lives and wellbeing of illegal aliens over that of their own citizens.
He did 6 days of his 150 day jail sentence.
There’s always more to the story, lots more….
Then what the fuck you ask me about it for, asshole…
The man maintains his innocence to this day. I’m not saying he didn’t do it but I believe it is just as likely that the man was setup by Desiree Washington, or maybe one of those consented in the moment but had a change of heart the next day, similar to what happened to Aziz Ansari.
Jimmy!
Nice!
You even included an exclamation point at the end, that’s funny.
It’s just my opinion Jerry, relax.
ESPN would never agree to sign this fight to begin with, Tyson is too old and the repercussions that ESPN would face if Tyson suffers serious head trauma would be tremendous. Too much of a liability…
It’s on Netflix because this is the world we live in now, people go where the money is and Netflix has the green and the viewers.
I grew up watching Tyson and I believe that he is a true warrior and would never agree to a rigged match, so yes I believe it’s a real fight.
Make no mistake, Jake Paul wants nothing more than to knock out Tyson in front of millions of viewers, that’s where the money is, and he is a businessman, Tyson knows this and is hopefully going to do everything in his power to prevent that from happening.
What is your definition of fake, what is definition of real?
It’s a sanctioned boxing match.
Is it a joke, yes, is it elder abuse, yes, is it real, absolutely.
Jake Paul for the win but I put money on Tyson because if he happens to catch Paul and put his ass down I want to doubly relish in the moment.
100% fake, okay…
