Farah was most popular for the huge selling iconic poster around 1977-78. She first became famous in Charley's Angels(premiered in, but only did 29 episodes before opting out for an movie career, which flopped(though got critical in way later tv roles). So not sure how long she lasted as the 'It Girl'. Possibly the previous one, Raquel Welch, lasted a way lot longer. and was Latina.

actually a pretty decent movie that switched to different character viewpoints, but didn’t get to closure of many of those characters at the conclusion of the film

seemed Canadian film. The two main antagonists were white. The heroine did have an black lesbian friend who helped her beat the lead male villain & then at the end possibly insinuated that they become an couple. There was an black friend male that was suppose to come to the rescue, but he disappeared from the film.
What I didn’t like is the very attractive, platinum blond wife of the villain became an baddie in even though she was an victim of her body being eaten by her husband as well. Her story would of been a lot more interesting then the plain Jane heroine.
The main villain was the most colorful character in the film
I wouldn’t recommend this film; it’s very slow burn & doesn’t have the payoff ending

obviously Dodger is mixed, the group hugging was more to mean that Wayland will accept & take of the kids as his own
Nate wanted her to be his love interest, when what she really needed is an friend
The story is partially based on an autobiography(the mother & other characters were made up).
So most likely the author became successful after going to college for creative writing(so hence would loose the poverty angle if there’s a season two follow up).
The mom’s situation might of been continued(as it was hinting that’s she in an new abusive relationship) but her character was so over the top anyways that it will take away whatever realism the story had going for it in the first place.
I feel this was an powerful/semi true, stand alone mini series(no need for another season as it probably be pure fiction)
Thought it would be an statue of the lovely AOC, stop teasing like that!
I liked the film but the ending expected you to remember too much of the brief intro at the beginning

Red & Becker’s dad extracted the box from Mexico & brought it back to the house where inside the box an entity had the evil powers to take over people’s lives & needed sacrifices. Apparently killing her mom(in her dreams) was able for our heroine to break the magic spell the entity had over her. But then after she killed the brothers, she was able to get some powers of her own?(that’s the part I don’t understand)

Nina, couldn’t have remembered the rape, since she was unconscious(so Al would of been charged for that alone) Even the lawyer admitted with tampering with the witnesses, but now with him firmly against Al, plus the video tape, plus the witnesses come forth(to save their own skin) Al would of been charged with something.
If he didn’t think he was guilty of rape, then he would of not desposed of Cassandra’s body
Al would of been still in trouble, since it appeared that he was pillow choking her way past normal(making it look like he had an instinct to kill within him) Plus with the new found video making him look guilty of rape, would definitely make him get jail time.
Would also think Ryan would loose his job & get 86’d from his pediatric profession if the video was made available to the public
