Sorry Catbookss. I clicked the wrong reply :P
Hi StoneKeeper :)
My guess is Fantasia 2000.
Hahaha, pretty funny how he used JPGs as a measure of capacity. People today have no idea how much a JPG is suppose to weight. Let alone a video. Their data plan runs out and they don't have a clue why it happened.
It's kinda sad seeing how a great percentage of the activity in MovieChat is wasted in meaningless arguments in the Trump board.
But then again, it's the same pattern that happened in IMDb in the Politics board.
I'm pretty sure it was meant to be based in the Jumanji universe since the beginning but yeah it's a good movie but it's losely tied to the original.
I'm glad at least it wasn't that bad.
He can't control it because it was something that happened out of his will. At least that's the reason in the comics.
Same to me, just that my interest was killed by the ending of season 1 along with the rest of the secondary characters. Pretty cheap move.
Thank you StoneKeeper, I've been around since some weeks ago, mostly lurking but I read you guys from time to time :)
Any chance it's this one?
A Big Hand for the Little Lady (1966)
We watched Lars and the Real Girl (2007). Pretty good movie though pretty predictable. 7/10.
TV Shows:
Ended the first season of Teachers (2016).
Pretty sure it's The Children (1980)
Child's Play 2 (1990)
X-Men 2. (2003)
Dude, you think having everything at her fingertips equals optimal mental health? Celebrities ODing has been a recurring theme ever since celebrities have existed. Rich people see their wealth in the same way you see tap water in your house. You are grateful for it but the truth is that as time goes by we give it for granted. This is a consistent human behaviour across the world. We need to quickly adapt to what's new and good things in our life become commonplace.
You "suspecting" her case is different is just a baseless assumption. Just like the assumptions I could make about you just because of the posts you write. You know life is more complex than that. Only you know all the things that have happened in your life. Same goes for everyone. Even celebrities.
You have a lot to learn about life. People do not spontaneously decide to do drugs just for the sake of it. Addiction is way more complicated than just saying they chose that lifestyle. It's something that traces back all the way to the childhood of the individual, his attachment to his caretakers and his way to cope with problems. That's why addictions affect people all over the hierarchy.
What do you think about Shazam? The trailer looks great. It's nice to see a DCU movie that doesn't use just gray tones.
I think the real reason was the bashing done to new theater releases by some trolls. And let's face it: it was a toxic environment sometimes. The more active the board was, the harder it was to have a relatively calm discussion with other members about the movie.
But I do miss it terribly. I feel grateful for finding MovieChat, though. Let's hope it lasts for a long time.
