I'd like to point out the real world 80's Action Park in New Jersey. No one left that place without scrapes, bruises, burns, etc.
Dude, I just went on YT and saw the footage of that place and that was truly 70's-early 80's. LOL at the Cannonball Loop or whatever that thing was. Nobody in their right mind would go down that, Jersey folk I guess. ... Lane 7 or so of that Alpine Ride looks tremendously dangerous. 70's safety standards I guess were "Hey just let 'em ride it and let their mom's fix 'em up."
Thanks for the post, although 3 years late to yours.
AND thanks to yatzo 376 for answering and bringing this interesting "action" park to my attention.
Good day to all.
"yessir i developed myself, yessiree this is my ticket upstairs."

tubi is free on xfinity. Go to Xfininity on demand. It's there on their apps, SEARCH THEIR APPS. You should easily find it. Happy hunting.
And enjoy your day ahead.
Thanks for the laugh.

I thought I was watching documentary footage. You are correct about that. The movie itself had no feeling.
Dude!!!!!!!! Hudsucker. Thanks for bringing that up. Quality movie. Good job.
Anyone that says they have won on the internet is a loser.
It boggles my mind how often I see this on the internet. You won what exactly? You both have an opinion. How do you win?
If I read you correctly Mr. Manson and yourself are misunderstood. WOW just WOW.
Petty insults? What the F are those?
Yes. This is correct.
It's on Tubi and Vudu as of now. Part three as well. Tubi is free if Xfinity cable.
If you don't get those part 2 is on u toob. Part 3 is not. Although a small segment is missing on part 2.
Have yet to see part 3 so cannot answer the last.
This part two was so much better than the first one. As of this time of making "horror" movies to add the comedy nut job camp counselor was much better than the drab drag it out for a final reveal first movie. There had to be a comma or two in that last sentence, however I just typed it straight.
LOL I've seen LetthemEatCake post many things and I laugh thinking, how can he think that. I think he's on a higher horse than most of us.
That's a lot of " I think's" I'm a bit dizzy.
I think it was the instrumental version of Dismasters "Small Time Hustler" pull it up on YT and listen for yourself to compare.
Enjoy.
It's not considered the "Golden Age". He/she wouldn't be wrong on that piece of info.
Yep. I saw it was on and started popping the corn. He came down for the popcorn and asked why I made it. I said "Dude I'm gonna watch one of my favorite movies. Wanna watch?" He's like it's an old movie, I don't think I'll like it." I just said "fine." Then he sat down and two hours later it was in his top movies library. It really is a delightful movie.
"I'm gonna get some donuts"
Such a great movie.
It's on Tubi TV for free nowadays.
Fantastic movie! About a decade ago I asked my nephew, of around 20, to watch this with me. He turned to me after it was over and just said "Awesome movie, thanks for asking me to watch it with you." This is a movie every person should watch. Age appropriate of course because they cuss like sailors in this, which makes it that much more charming.
This movie is so good. One of the best I've ever seen.
"Marvin LOOK OUT!"
It's going to be all Jaws all day July 4th on Starz Encore. I believe it's a free channel. I believe all the Encore's are free. Have been for me with Xfinity cable for all these years. See if you get it.
Starts at 6;30 am central zone. Gonna go through the line-up twice and get one and two a third time before day ends.
All four have been playing on Encore channels for months now.
Enjoy

Less Than Zero
Fast Times At Ridgemont High
Valley Girl
Top Gun
Purple Rain
The Flamingo Kid
a few I can think of at the moment.
I believe you are thinking of "Airwolf" NBC show from the mid 80's. I never watched it, so I cannot tell you much about the show. Not sure if it was a hit show. I know there was a bad a$$ helicopter involved and JMV was the pilot. I believe it ran on NBC around the time they had "Knight Rider" and "A-Team".
add on...... If you enjoy apocalyptic type movies, Jan-Michael did a movie in 1977 called "Damnation Alley" with George Peppard. I thought it was was on the highly cheesy side, yet still enjoyable. Have a few drinks and watch. I saw it on Youtube... It's still on there. Andysnowslayer is the top selection if you search Damnation Alley on Youtube. His download is pretty dang good and taken from Joe Bob Briggs' show..... there is also from readnwatchhorror download of the Joe Bob Briggs with the interviews and what-not of when they came out of commercials and is about 20 some minutes longer. However, that showing is not as clear as Andysnowslayer's.
Be warned, I shook my head at many scene's, paused it while I went for another beer, and then continued on down damnation's alley.
Have you ever seen Back to the Future III?
Doc landed the beautiful Clara Clayton. The Jules Verne scene under the full moon is quite good.
