That's a bit strong IMO. You get young people following a narcissist that makes you feel wanted and loved. Constant love bombing from beautiful looking people can suck you in. I don't see any difference between the Buddha Field and any other religious group. I do feel sympathy for some of them especially the sexually abused men in the group...
Git some Git some... I have been to the War museum at HMC and they have Hueys with miniguns that you can sit behind. Everyone that had a go shouted, "git some git some"...
The marine recruits kept their rifles on them at all times, they even slept with them. It is not hard to steal ammo when you have been on the range. I was in the RMR UK and we were made to swear an oath that we did not have any live ammo after being on the range - I never saw anyone being searched.
What in Gods name does " lol lol lol" mean... Do you have a brain?
Wow, way to go you try writing a serious reply by firstly typing "lol"... why????
The question should be why did Sal have sex with Richard?
Really.......... I bet he's a bundle of laughs.
Hahahaha indeed.
It's on youtube.
I could not agree more. If you look at the Foreign Legion on Youtube doing the jungle assault course they usually take under an hour. The USMC to over 7 hours. In the UK the USMC test is used by the Marine Commandos as a standard fitness test, not as an end of training benchmark.
Fords son died and he gave up acting for a few years.
Finbarr whatever you, for gawds sake don't become a stand-up comedian.
Yep slosh for me as well.
The British Govt told the police and Army to pick up anyone causing trouble. Yes, the army was there to protect the Catholics but when they started rounding up people they only intered Catholics not one protestant was arrested although they were the ones creating the real violence. This was the main turning point in the troubles that eventually led to Bloody Sunday.
The clothes were a trick played on them by the officers, they gave the prisoners golfing clothes so they would look ridiculous, you can hear the laughter from the guards as they were handed out. Sands realizes this is a piss take and starts to trash his cell which was a sign for the others to do the same as well.
IMO he was a particularly nasty screw and for that, he was singled out for execution. Can I just add the killing of the screw is a fine example of what these IRA scum were like, killing someone in front of their ma in an old folks home when the IRA could have chosen some other way to carry it out.
IMO Sgt O'Neil was not a coward he was the same as every other grunt in that he just wanted to make it out alive (which we don't know if he did but he did survive the battle). He was a bit of a bully sure but he was a sergeant (which would also lead you to believe that he was not a coward). He suckered up to Barnes in an attempt to get R & R which again can he be blamed for?? Remember when King told Taylor that "there ain't no such thing as a coward in The Nam" well that applies to O'Neil as well.
I think that the actor that played him John C. McGinley done a splendid job - his best ever role.
Interesting... But do you really need to write "lol"?
