Yes. Episodes 1-3 have terrible acting and bad execution. At least Lucas tried some new things and expanded the Star Wars universe though, however misguided. Besides being a dull, lazy rehash almost completely devoid of creativity, Episode 7 has the effect of rendering the whole 6-episode saga that came before entirely moot. It pretty much reset things back to square 1 and trashed the beloved characters from the original trilogy in the process. It was somewhat better made than the prequels, but depressing as hell.

that is self evident dude, there are bad SW films, and there is the lazy fanfiction rip off Farce Awakens.

You will see the reputation of this sorry effort diminish with every passing hour: now even high ranking PTB at LF carefully diss it (or JJ). And that gives me some hope.
