Excellent casting across the board for unknown and known names.. She just is not a good actress. I can't stay up with this show because every time she speaks the show loses me. Can't stand her voice... so boring boring and really she can show no emotion. Why do we have to deal with her?

Her character in the book swears like a sailor. The irony of a Well-dressed classically educated old lady who uses the word "*beep*" twice in every sentence is pretty hilarious.

She may sound like an intelligent frog, but her voice helps make her so captivating. I enjoy her performance.

I disagree. She is playing a great characeter and acts very well. I like (almost) all scenes with her.
