Meeseeks, followed closely by the purging episode, The daycare for jerrys, mr poopybutthole, and everyone falling in love with morty is my top five.

I'm not going to list them by name as that's not always very helpful (and who remembers the name of every ep?). The simpler ones are the better, like the one with all the alien parasites, and to me one of my favourite episodes is the Inception rip off (which is great as it's the second ever episode so it made me think 'damn, this show is good'). I just love the occasional mild disbelief the characters express despite the overall terror, like when they try to go through a dream into another dream and she's having exactly the same dream, and Rick says something like 'not this sh- again.' Or little moments like when the FK character yells 'you can run but you can't hide, bitch!' and a terrified Morty is all 'why does he keep saying bitch??'

Lots of smaller sub-plots in other episodes are great, though. Like the Jerry daycare. Or Beth and Jerry being judgemental parents while Morty goes through the difficult of raising his gazorpazorp son.
