Haha I thought the same exact thing. She wouldn't be showing that much before they left the island. How early would she start showing symptoms?

It's stupid that they had sex, neither of them mentioned if they had some sort of protection against it but the mentioning of a baby was said. It makes you wonder though, why wasn't it added? Maybe they didn't want to make Denise Richardson a grandma.

She could have had an eating disorder when she was 13 and when she was in treatment, she was told she could never have children. Or maybe had some cancer and had to have vital organs/parts taken out.

I don't think most teenagers are that knowledgable about their bodies to know some ofthe so called in's and outs to avoid pregnancy. And I believe that most young yet physically matured young people don't normally have problems pro-creating. In fact, once I was told if both man and woman are very youthful and healthy it happens easy. It was a stupid anomoly in the movies storyline that she didn't get pregnant. It's sort of the one thing that rather disgusts me about modern day films that they will often deliberatley keep out what would otherwise be certain realities, as too try not to offend some of the more sensitive viewers.
