Someone please break it down for me.
Last night i watched it, and thought it was a fitting sequel to the original. Of course it would have been better with will.......but woudent everything? lol. Why all the complaints?
I gave the original a 1/10 so this turd is a "worthy" sequel.

The Dikembe Umbutu backstory could have been amazing. They just did it all wrong in so many ways. A sequel had the potential to be good.

*Too many annoying characters provided for comic relief. The first one was cheesy, but still had depth that made you care about and enjoy the characters. This movie had virtually no character development. I couldn't even remember a lot of the names, and I didn't care when any of them died.
*Terrible pacing.
*The camera shots in the original were well done so it helped develop suspense and you got a real sense of scale with the aliens. This one failed miserably at this in my opinion.
The nostalgia factor was nice, but with everything I wrote above, this was a failed reboot. The direction they left it in with them all pumped to go take on aLiens in the rest of the universe after they nearly had the planet destroyed again was moronic and made no sense to me
