The World's End was refreshing, hilarious, deep, smart, dynamic and touching at the same time.

How the hell that stupid, pointless movie about idiot celebrities is better than this movie?
Pineapple Express was funny, but This is the End is not even close to it.

I also noticed a pretty big difference in age demographics comparing these movies. Maybe this explains everything.

TitE succeeds in one huge area where TWE failed.... it's actually funny. Which is kind of the #1 objective of a comedy film. Yes, I'm American. Say I "didn't get it" if you will. But I'm typically a huge fan of the Pegg/Wright brand of humor and this movie just really missed the mark. Wasn't funny. Wasn't interesting. Maybe it's just because I had such high expectations, but I haven't been this disappointed in a movie in a long time.

Granted TitE isn't some modern comedy masterpiece or anything. But it was funny.

I know how you feel you cant beat Peg and Frost even if it wasnt as good as there last 3 it was still funny and great fighting scenes. This is the end was quite a good film but At Worlds End had everything.

I liked This is the End slightly more than the World's End, but I loved both.

Since "The World's End" is currently holding a higher rating than "This is the End," it makes this entire topic pointless and nonsensical.

I'm a Yank, I've been following the Cornetto trilogy from the beginning, I've seen This is the End, and I like the World's End more. So...yeah.

This is the End is 10 times better than this film. I was severely disappointed after all the hype this film had. Then again I thought Hot Fuzz sucked too. The only film I like from the trilogy is Shaun of the Dead and even then its overrated.
