Ariana Grande playing herself.
An entitled, shallow, brainless, disrespectful twat.
shareVery odd that this movie is critcizing celebrity culture and then get someone like her who is part of the problem.
shareExacto.
shareNot at all, some knowingly and willingly chose to go with the flow for the benefits, money, fame, etc.
And some are too dumb to realize that they are mocking themselves.
Not sure in which category AG falls into.
And I think that her presence is an element that enforces the message of the movie, overall.
I think she was too dumb to realize she was being mocked and obviously they probably paid her a lot of money too.
shareThat might be the joke. Might.
shareShe probably doesn't even realize she was insulting herself.
shareI don't think so, but for all that anyone holds Holy, I hope she fully understood.
I mean, it's funny as hell if she didn't, I just hope she looked at it all with a bit of distance.
Pretty good satire of the weird celebrity culture we have today. Lotsa "influential"people being famous for being well-known. I mean, it's by no way's a new thing but imagine a socialite in the 50's being as well-known, or more in some cases, than the Hollywood stars of the day? And how seemingly well-sorted people are in to it. To me, that's super weird.
