For one thing..Ashwariya got her fame cuz of her talent and looks otherwise she wouldn't be such a International star, NOT because she is ugly(dont know where you see that..sheesh)

Well, even after being an Indian; could not stop myself from posting... In the past she used to be a low-profile, sweet & humble personality... Can't figure it out, how she transformed into such an arrogant b*tch in a year or so..
No comments on her looks, she is gorgeous at this age too; but after seen dozens of her movies, the only one role I can rank above average, is her role in the Hindi movie 'Raincoat'.. I don't think there was, is and will be an actress, so so so over-rated as Aish..

shareShe was annoying in the movie .It's just that the acting skills required for an actor in a hollywood movie are vastly different from that of an actor in the indian film industry .She has given good performances in movies like guru, hddcs and umrao jaan.
..but in this movie ,she did not modify her acting technique to blend into the actors around her and that is where it all went wrong .. and the dialogue delivery was soooo poor.If her entire part was cut and pasted into a bollywood movie, it would have been fine but this was just horrible .
"Gorgeous at this age too"?? Completely disagree. She is getting uglier by the day. Indians have just hyped her way too much. There are tons of other prettier and way more talented Indian actresses.

i reckon she was terrible in this film. especially towards the end. the acting was very mediocre.
shareI think she is beautiful, but by far not the most beautiful celebrity I have seen. Her acting however is terrible, her face has the same expression, regardless of whether she is supposed to be furious, thoughtful, flirty or scared. Cher who had countless botox injections and cosmetic surgery has more facial emotions than that woman.
