Anyone want to share? Mine is pretty random, but for some reason this exchange between Leela and Zapp in Problem with Popplers made me laugh so much I had to pause the episode:
"I've brought a giant hideous ape that looks exactly like Leela!"
"That doesn't look ANYTHING like me... The hair's all wrong!"
I don't know WHY that was so funny to me, Katey Segal's and Billy West's delivery is just so perfect.

Two from ‘Insane in the Mainframe’ where Fry thinks he’s a robot.
Leela: “I’m going to remind Fry of his humanity as only a woman can.”
Farnsworth: “You’re going to do his laundry?”
Fry: “Fear not, I’ll shall assist ye.”
Hermes: “Robots don’t say ye!”
Fry: “Relax mammal. My robotic software shall meet your calculatory needs. What is the meaning of this symbol?”
Hermes: “That’s a plus sign, ya pointy-haired looney! Quit thinking you’re a robot!” (walks away)
Fry: “I’ll get ye…”
That entire exchange still makes me laugh all these years. Whenever I come across something especially absurd, I always think to myself “Robots don’t say ye!”.
They go through a time portal and are coming up on Earth in the ship.
Proffesor : Whats this Ozone Layer? That's never been there before...

Fry says the *not* as if thats somehow comparable in and the same ballpark as having heard of them.
