This isn't masterpiece by any means, but by God it is a golden example of '80s trash films, specifically of the Cannon era. This film is simply fun with an awesome soundtrack.

Agreed. Back in the 90's when I was a kid, this film was on my VHS rotation along with Cobra, The Running Man etc.... I'd watch these films every 6 months or so. Even back then I knew they're kinda cheesy, but were (and are!) very entertaining.
I'm surprised how many parts of OTT's script actually hold up even today. Pretty well written actually. I give it a 6.
