The Wrath Of Khan and First Contact are generally considered to be two of the best Star Trek feature films ever, but which is the better sequel?

The Undiscovered Country is my personal favorite of all the Star Trek films.
Not taking anything away from Wrath of Khan or First Contact, they’re both excellent films. If I had to pick the next in line it would be Wrath of Khan followed by First Contact.
TWOK is the better movie... But, it is full of stupidity (EG - Velikovski style planets slinging about - Starfleet has no practical record of the system to tell which planet might be which.) It offends against the spirit of Star Trek with strange military style jackets instead of some appropriate uniforms (Not that the beige blandness of TMP was much better - The uniforms and general feel of the awful Abrams films is vastly better) and an overall heavily military feel. AND It initiated the space duels between FTL starships being executed at ranges of a couple of hundred yards for the sake of cool Star Wars style visuals - Something we still see in the latest Star Trek TV iterations.
First Contact is a good, but not great, movie which actually sits firmly in the same world as STTNG.
Wrath of Khan is more like a reboot than a sequel.
Wrath Of Khan, Search For Spock & The Voyage Home serves as a complete trilogy.
Therefore First Contact Vs Search For Spock would have been a better sequel comparison.
