Favorite Book? (Outside of The Dark Tower)
For me it's Misery, followed closely by The Stand.
shareThe Stand. I've read it about three times (despite its length!). I'd follow it with Misery, Pet Sematary and 11/22/63.

The Stand, Hearts in Atlantis, Pet Semetary. and the four novellas in Different Seasons
shareI should have added Different seasons too! Four great stories. I knew Stand By Me was based on a story and I always wanted to read it. I finally did. "The Body", great story. The Shawshank Redemption is great. I saw that film and wanted to read the story. "Apt Pupil" is extremely creepy, but a good story.
