I could have sworn that Whitney Houston sang "Oh, Whitney" in "How Will I Know" but I can't find it.

I was gonna say Matisyahu in the song "Unique Is My Dove" because I've always thought that he says 'Matis' in one line(I've even changed it to my own name when I cover the tune out at a gig!)
