What is your favorite era of music?

For rock music I prefer the late 60's/early 70's

For pop music I prefer the late 70's to the mid 80's.

I don't really have a favorite era...great music has come from every era. However, I will say that I'm saddened by the era of today's pop music. There are so many people in this world with so much musical talent, yet some of the acts that become rich and famous today...I don't get it.
