Also, does it really affect or even hypnotize some people?

Yes. But I don’t believe that Government should fund it given how much opportunities there are for art like movies, video games, and kindle book covers. I am an artist with good compliments but yet to make much money from it. I am also an US Infantry veteran which is an odd combination and that’s why I mention it.

Now I know the man was a right ****, but when Churchill was asked to cut funding to the arts in order to support the war effort in World War II, he responded “Then what would we be fighting for?”. So yes the Arts are important, it's just such a shame that so many artists are pretentious wankers.
