I watched Jaws today and I'm still going to go with the opening scene with the woman getting attacked. And then it's dead quiet...

Cannibal Holocaust had three of them.

Real animal killing and cruelty. Corpse mutilation. Actual video of war atrocities. Kind of wish I could unsee that one.
