Always after, but sometimes both. If my hands are really grimy and gross from work I'll wash them before. I'll always wash them after though because I don't trust others (in public bathrooms) to have clean hands. I also always try to open the door to leave in a way to avoid as many germs as possible.

I have to put up with a dude at work who never washes up, he relies on his hand sanitizer gel...I like him but he might be my first murder
I worked with a similar guy and after not washing he would go straight to the coffee machine. After pouring his coffee he would grab the stirring straws that were kept in a box. Ughhh. I quickly learned I did not have to stir my coffee and just used the pressure of the thermos to do the mixing!

I used to live with a guy whoโd never wash no matter what he did in the bathroom.. unfortunately many times heโd go straight into the kitchen. I often caught him trimming toenails in the kitchen too

After of course. It's basic hygiene. If you don't wash afterwards, you're a slovenly and unhealthy pig.
I've never seen anyone wash before. That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

No. Rarely. I think I remember hearing someone say "I don't pee on my hands." And pee isn't terribly unsanitary as far as I know. If my hands are dirty I'd probably wash them before.
