How Should Islamophobes Be Punished?

Far too often we hear of Islamophobic incidents taking place in the West. It seems to be a growing problem. Just recently in England a teacher was found to have attempted to stir up racial tensions by showing prohibited images of the prophet Muhammed in a classroom: https://news.sky.com/story/batley-grammar-school-teacher-suspended-over-prophet-mohammed-image-row-can-return-to-classroom-12318003

What do you think the punishment should be for those that engage in this growing problem? Prison? Deportation? Beheading? Tolerance camp?

Obviously each incident needs to be treated on a case-by-case basis, but surely something needs to be done to try and deter increasing racism directed at the Muslim community.

Let's throw them off roofs like Muslims do to gay people, lets cut off their hands like they do to thieves, lets stone them to death like Muslims do to adulterous wives, lets make women second class citizens and force them to cover up, walk three feet behind men and not be able to drive.

I'm not sure if you are trolling or not but nothing that teacher did was islamoaphobic.

Britain is not an islamic country and we are free to discuss any religion we choose.

The bullys were the muslims themselves forcing the school to apologise.

So your contention is that the teacher's motives were to stir up tensions? How did you come to that conclusion?

By showing images of the prophet Muhamed, the teacher knew that he would be stirring tensions.

There are tons of countries that have Islamic blasphemy laws and no-one would ever show a picture of the "prophet".

Maybe they could go there and that would take care of the problem? No more "tensions"?

That is your assumption ... that the teacher must have known, not really that he knew.
How do you know what is in the mind of another person?
Perhaps he was trying to make a point.
And of course it's not really racial tensions is it, because Muslims are not all of one race?

You are aware your ignorance is showing, aren’t you? The world lost almost 3,000 people on 9/11 including 67 Brits. The teacher should have shown photos of people, including a Brit, being beheaded. Then we have the Brit terrorist. The teacher should have ripped the photo into pieces, put it into a waste can and set fire to it while saying “This is what I think of what the Muslims have done to England, France, Germany and anywhere else they managed, with the help of feckless leaders to gain a foothold!”

I didn't realize showing an image of some person categorizes you as a racist. It's like showing a pic of Jesus and you all of a sudden become a racist or some jihadist beheads you for it.
