Next time there's a pandemic, let's have a competent president who is pro-active and doesn't believe the deadly virus will disappear in a few weeks, or suggest we inject disinfectant and bleach into our bodies to kill the virus.
Then we won't have to worry about the economy going bust if businesses manage to stay open because the virus is under control.
I know my Bishop has been very strict and very public about this in church bulletins over the past two years with parishoners not attending mass in person due to COVID. They have said over and over again that if you are not a priest or Eucharistic minister you are forbidden to give the Body of Christ to another human being, no matter your good intentions.
A friend of mine is a Eucharistic minister at her parish, and she has told me stories of people going up for Communion, then pulling out a baggie and asking her to drop one, two, or three of them in so the person can return home and give it to their homebound fmaily members who didn't go out because of COVID. It's been more common than not. She in turn tells the priest before mass has ended, and he makes an announcement at the end of most every Mass warning parishoners this is forbidden by the Holy Catholic Church.

Good chance he was bringing it to a spouse, family member or friend who was home-bound and could not attend mass. If he is not recognized as a Eucharistic minister in the Catholic Church, then this would be considered a sin. Only a priest or a Eucharistic minister can deliver Communion to another Catholic.
I'm well aware of what you asked. You keep repeating yourself wanting to know 'my solution' to the problem. Again, I'm not here to do your homework for you to learn nor am I here to educate you - you're on your own. And once again, if you keep asking for 'my solution' to the problem (or anyone else's solution) YOU are a major part of the problem.
