Great story. I'd love to know what guest actor this was, as well as which episode. ...And Montgomery was an incomparably better actor than Eden, the writing was better...oh, yeah- IDOJ was a total rip-off of BW. A boring, disorganized story with dull characters. Oates is wasted. A dog. The Mutant is far worse. Adam West, such a lousy actor. The script is awful, too. The men were pretty hot, too. Also the chemistry between Robert Culp and Salome Gens is quite powerful. You believe they are a deeply in love married couple. Now if only the alien rocks didn't talk like British aristocrats. The alien is more interesting than the stupid characters. Yes, a horrible episode. If it's supposed to focus on an event that nearly ruined their career, it might be about that horrible week in June '53 when Lucy was branded a communist. Every newspaper column was on it, and CBS was threatening to cancel the show. After a Hellish week, Lucy was cleared about an hour before filming began. The episode was "Lucy and Ethel go into Business." This smells. Every time they've tried this in the past, it didn't work, especially the actors who portrayed Ethel and Fred. Is this the best way they could celebrate the 70th anniversary of I Love Lucy? PJ said she was having computer problems. As for me, the board has been dead for months, so I don't respond. And your point?
