Yes. He is a lot weaker from A New Hope and onward.
No. it doesn't. As a force ghost Obi Wan would be more powerful and dangerous to Vader and he was. The more he said Luke should kill Vader the more Luke resisted. And Luke was the one to redeem Vader. Plus, Obi Wan was following the Jedi Code that he told Anakin about: A Jedi's goal is to defend life, not take it.
Obi Wan was speaking about killing Vader because he stopped sensing Anakin. He felt no presence so he felt there was no Anakin to redeem. Luke refused to believe this. He had extended mercy to Vader by letting him live and never sensed him, so he feels Vader much be destroyed.
Star wars is about good being stronger than evil. Obi Wan had the full use of the force for the final battle with Vader. This is also done so we understand Vader telling Obi Wan that when they last met Vader was the learner but now he is the master. That could not have been at Mustafar since Anakin was not fully Vader yet or as strong as he later became.
Exactly.
But Obi Wan warned her to be careful. If the message got to the wrong people they would know she knew Kenobi.
In the show, before he says goodbye to Leia, she asks him if she will ever see him again. He says maybe if she needs help from a tired old man. Then he says they must be careful. This is what she is doing when she sends the message to Kenobi. Watch Ep. 6 again and you will see.
They brought good entertainment so I'm not going to complain
So you hate all movies with fake backgrounds and feel they all should have flown back to where they filmed earlier? I doubt that. They did their best and it should be appreciated.
There are three types of Star Wars fans:
The ones who love and uphold the vision of its creator, George Lucas and anyone else who supports him and that vision like Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni, for example. They and the second group I'll mention are respectful when they disagree, but still love what was done.
The second group are the fans who love and devour all the books, comics and other things not coming from George Lucas or others who share his vision for the franchise, but they leave these people the right to decide if it is brought into canon or not. If it is not, the fans still continue to like the non canon things, while liking what is canon, according to Lucas and others.
The third group are similar to the second except they feel they are the ones to decide with is canon and what isn't and they feel they can even speak against what is established canon. These "fans" are the reason the terrible sequel trilogy movies were made. They rejected what George Lucas made and wanted their things-Wrong portrayal of Luke, Leia, Han and senseless characters-Rey and the rest.
You really need to feel for characters in entertainment.
Spoilers ahead.....
You did notice that the Obi Wan-Vader fight was interwoven with Reva going after Luke, right? The reason for that may have been to give fans something. With Obi Wan and Vader we got sadness because Anakin could not be reached by Obi Wan to be redeemed. With Reva we got happiness because she forsook the dark side and ended her quest for revenge. This fits perfectly with the message of Star Wars-the joy of someone who is redeemed.
Yes and it is so sad that he never did feel that Anakin was still within Vader. But now I understand better why he acted and believed the way he does in A New Hope.
No one needs your foul mouth which is as bad as being racist.
Obi Wan cautioned her to be careful that no one finds out they know each other. Plus, as a Princess(royalty) she is used to being formal with even a friend. This was a formal message and her words were right to use considering she was royalty. The series perfectly goes with that event in A New Hope
So true.
Yes, I have pity and sympathy for her, but you really need to pay attention to a movie when you watch it. No one came back to the hospital. Everyone was being led out to safety. The fire took out the hospital. No one could go to where she was killed to check on her-it was too hot and no oxygen. I doubt if she was alive.
I don't see how. The Face on the Milk Carton was not about any criminal case, but was a made up story
I have an old reply here when IMDb had a message board so here is a better reply. I think it is both a version of the original movie since it does change some details, but I also feel it is a sequel as is the wrongly named Psycho IV: The Beginning which is also a prequel to the original. As sequels, both this and Psycho IV: The Beginning have different outcomes for Norman.
Spoiler Ahead:
This movie has him institutionalized for life and dying there but helping a young boy get better so he can hopefully be released while Psycho IV: The Beginning has him free and fighting his mental illness.
Remember in the original movie Norman is very mentally ill. He likely wasn't able to accurately remember details of the past, especially with having to repeatedly lie about killing Marion and if he killed the other girls mentioned in the original film, he might have also had to lie to cover up their murders. Repeatedly lying can cause a person to not remember other things.
