In case anyone else suffers the same torture as I have had... It was called Paradise Lost. The episode that I was remembering was called Nightmare in Kenya. It's available on YT. As i understand it, the original network decided that they didn't wish to commission any further episodes of JJ as they had so many filmed for airing. Therefore, JudyS took this new version to another network. Further to the above... It might have had "Paradise" in the title... Google-ing with no success :( ARGIE! They are Wooden fence posts :) ...only the one? Just reading through this thread while watching on AmazonPV... Had no recollection of my previous viewing...!! I would really like a further SK anthology feature with The Lawnmower Man as a short story segment, faithful to the original story. Maybe one day... 🙂 ETA: I notice that there was 'something' in 1987 - The Lawnmower Man, 12 minute short... 🤔 I'm a bit laaaaaaaate, but the Mother wanted to stay/be with her daughters... "FOREVEEEEER!!" :D Merton's 'faces,' and Hislop's self-satisfied smug... 😁 So, retrogal83... about your third paragraph... 🤔😁 Many thanks for the tip-off regarding the book - I had no idea one existed! Got it online for further reading : ) Thanks again. I think that you are referring to "Jane" https://unsolvedmysteries.fandom.com/wiki/Connecticut_River_Killer Sid James. 😆😆😆 That's bleedin' awful. https://www.sydneychiropractic.ca/meet-the-team/ Wasn't the "medical student/doctor" line a lie on his part to try and impress and appear superior? Was he not a hospital porter when he initially arrived? Would probably be more useful as one.
