I like all of them, and the 2nd is my favorite. Fury Road, although a spectacular return for the franchise, was kinda cheesy and superficial, with many unnatural characters, such as the guitar player.
Conan the
goddamn Barbarian!
By Crom, I’ll drench these hangings in blood!
I prefer Martin but Dawn of the Dead is also fun to watch, popcorn movie
It's one of the best movies based on a SK writing, long movie but still worth seeing. I have it on videocassette!
First of all try to remember the exact year or 2-year period you saw that movie. Place it in your lifeline with respect to an important event in your life: e.g. if you graduated in 1987 was it before or after that event? Etc.
Also it's funny you remember SO WELL the vocoder (technical term!) and focus on that.... how can you be so sure? It could have been something else. What event in your life informed you of the existence of vocoders?
My guess is that it's most probably an 80s movie or tv episode: Star man ?

Here's a list
http://www.imdb.com/search/title?colors=color&genres=sci_fi&languages=en&release_date=1981,1987&title_type=feature,tv_movie,tv_series&page=1&ref_=adv_prv
526 titles but I'm sure the number is much smaller (it can't be an animation).
Coen brothers
Kubrick
Lynch
Tarantino
Welles
I don't really hate movies; out of intuition I tend to avoid those I know I will not like.
Batman and Conan from the superhero comics
Asterix, Tintin and Lucky Luke from the non-superhero
I'm not surprised by those ratings. However, the movie, although crappy most likely, will be a box-office success.
My imdb rating forecast: about 6, a month after its release date.
Jaws, easily
To high persons like you it's an hexalogy
Dune (1984) is my favorite, epic awesome setting and direction, unique story and amazing acting and cast etc.
2001: A Space Odyssey is another contender for greatest sci-fi movie
Silent Hill (2006)
Cabin in the woods was fine, the conjuring overhyped
Do you mean DA Origins? Immersive world and story, nice memories, including killing tons of enemies using a powerful fire AOE spell.
the story is set in the late 40s, in a time of UFO frenzy, and I think the aliens represent Ed's desire to be FREE and FAR from this irrational human society by being snatched by them.
I agree, it was a excessive amateur way to rush the plot; after all the girl didn't earn anything from the piano courses, so why be so thankful to Ed?
Did you just watch the matrix trilogy seasoned with Scanner Darkly?
Perhaps, I searched for songs with the word taxi in their title, none was what I'm trying to identify.
No, I would give it as a medicinal drug to leftists and SJW who want to stuff Europe and Northern America with millions of Muslims, Africans, Asians, non-whites in general.
