i dont think the post should be deleted completely, there should be a "Show" button as in some other websites, so whenever someone complains about their post been deleted, others can asses and judge the decision
in addidtion to "this post was deleted by the poster" , "this post was deleted by the Admin/Mod", we should also have "User has been Banned for violating the rules" kind of thing on their profile when a user gets banned, if the user isn't going to be deleted, their password should be changed, so the user wont be able to sign in by bypassing the IP ban
