That's how they sometimes market films. She was the most famous person in the film, so they plaster her name over the movie to get arses in seats.
I can't imagine them censoring anything in this movie, even back then. It's been downgraded now from an '18' to a '15'. No idea why it was an '18' in the first place for. Sure, it's kind of yucky, but there's no blood or anything.
I could easily imagine a crackpot like Icke buying it this. People like him can't tell the difference between a movie and real life.
Here's the Axe episode of my podcast!
Below are both Youtube and Soundcloud links.

It's pretty average at best. Some of the dialogue is truly awful and said for the convenience of exposition. The film itself never really goes anywhere.
It was banned in the U.K., not the U.S.
The "Video Nasties" was a British scandal during the early 1980's. I discus the topic briefly on the first episode of my Video Nasty Podcast, "Born Nasty". The links are below.

I think it could easily get downgraded to a 15 cert nowadays. Violence is tame and the attempted rape is mild.
The DPP were idiots and probably just triggered by the poster. No one would give two shits about this film if it wasn't on the "Video Nasty" list, because it's badly directed, acted like, scored and terrible at just about everything else.
Doing a podcast on it next week. The link will be posted below once it's uploaded.
Ummmm, no, because she was about twelve years old!!! Ewwwwwww.
It is an extremely difficult battle, but go back there once you're at level 16 or above and it should be much easier. Also, equip fire based weapons.
Yeah, it's about 78 minutes.
Next Karate Kid. XD
Visiting Hours was just released late 2017 here in the U.K. (after years of being banned etc.). It was one of the "Video Nasties" I was really desperate to see and I bought it nearly as soon as it came out and I was not disappointed. I love Ironside in nearly everything he's in, from Total Recall to the Splinter Cell games. He's especially brilliant and menacing in this.
you get a weapon at your hideout for every 10 collected. for 100, it's a rocket launcher and $500,000.
Yeah, I agree. I am currently replaying it and the only real thing I have spent money on was for Ball during "Bomb Da Base". I suppose money is really handy if you haven't collected any packages though, but it's the first thing I do after Paramedic missions for infinite sprint.
Overall, it was a really enjoyable movie. It is a little bit overrated though and slightly overlong.
Overrated does not mean bad however. It just means it doesn't quite deserve all released hype surrounding it. There's talk of it being nominated for Oscars! Is it Oscar worthy? Not in a million years, in my opinion. Then again, even the nominates movies nowadays rarely deserve them. I this is all just my silly personal opinion and everyone is entitled to think what they think.
It was just an enjoyable little thriller. I did enjoy it and I will probably watch it again. I had similar opinions about "It Follows".
LOL! It got a fucking 'G' rating!!!!
I think so. Franco is terribly miscast, it seems. As soon as I head that Franco and Seth Rogan were in it, I immediately thought "oh, great! It's going to be 'Cheech and Chong did naaaaahhhhht heet her'". The trailer is pretty funny, but probably would have been better with a more semi-serious approach. Never Judge a movie by it's trailer though, I guess.
Yeah, they always say you can be left feeling extremely disappointed when you meet those you admire.
It's a shame when someones behaviour or attitude can bother us do much, that it makes us not want to view their work.
Did you know the director personally or does he just come across as a cunt in interviews etc.?
A title like 'Don't Fuck in the Woods' has me intrigued, but the reviews are terrible. Kind of in two minds l now.
