Michelle Hurd's Acting is...
... not the best.
She simply refuses to bow down before the concept of subtlety whatsoever. It's painful.

She's without a doubt the weakest part in the series.
shareShe wasn't *too* bad in s3 (but doing that kicking everyones ass superhero thing but I guess she was trained up by Worf..), obviously they had to keep her on for certain reasons. she was terrible in s1/2 (esp 2 with the forced relationship with 7/9, a relationship wisely unreferenced in s3 aside one brief line)
shareHa - Glad I missed that.
I watched maybe 1 or 2 episodes in season 2 - thought it was terrible - then read somewhere you could pretty much skip season 2 and just head directly to the vastly superior 3rd season. I was more than happy to follow that advice!
I mean, I dont wanna blame the actress for following the shitty script she was given but still its hard to dissociate the person from the performance.
I've been brainwashed to hate her to the point going "uh oh" whenever I catch a glimse of her in other shows and properties.
When I saw her in the pilot of the "TWD: Dead City" I was really worried but then BOOM! she gets offed almost right away. I couldnt be more happy. I know I'm a horrible person but it cant be helped.
