I loved the original first two, not so much every other.
I'm also getting sick of embittered pressure groups blackmailing studios to change their films, but then this franchise has always- like Alien- had strong females?
Overall, is it really worth bothering with?
Must admit that all the "wokeness" comments put me off seeing this film in the cinemas, but I just watched it and it wasn't that bad. I just wished they could have found a taller mexican actress to play the lead because her action scenes looked ridiculous (she looks 5'2" max). It was just as bad as having Danearis in the last one. They really need to have actresses be at least 5'10" for believable action roles.
The action scenes / effects are pretty good too, especially the plane scene.
Definitely worth a watch.
No. If you love Mackenzie Davis, sure, she does a good job with her role in this. But if you're in this for just Terminator lore it's a total waste of time. If you're really itching to see two Terminators fight underwater, well here you go.
shareNah, I watched it for the lulz. If you like the first two movies just watch those two repeatedly and don't bother with any of the sequels.
