Is it just me that doesn't understand what she's trying to accomplish? Does she have an objective or does she just "want to see the world burn"?
shareHer objective is to infuriate the audience so the show doesn't become boring ... just like the original Jonathon Harris did. The shows are so inane and the plots so stupid I cannot stand it. Like most TV stuff it is aimed at kids, but these days ever kids are too smart for this drivel.
shareShe creates chaos and takes advantage to improve her position. Her goal is to always gain the upper hand or burn it all down trying.

She adds conflict...which is the primary ingredient producers inject into TV shows and movies due to the fact that research has shown that conflict -- whatever the form, context, and flavor -- is what audiences crave, therefore, helps make the TV show or movie more successful.

She is looking out for herself but also adapting to each situation she finds herself in, to deflect questioning away from her and make people focus back on themselves. Anything she does which is for good is merely ammo for her to use to help herself when she things catch up with her. However, we did see that change in her towards the end of season two where she is beginning to feel more regret about her past actions and understanding more about caring.
