So let me get this straight

The doctor closed the door on Axel, who was a couple of feet away, just because she didn't want to get bitten? She never considered that she might be immune to vampire bites? Or that Vanessa could simply cure her again? And a few days later, she actually asks a vampire to turn her?!

Water rationing... makes sense to double up in the showers? I think these writers fail at basic maths or there target audience are so stupid they fall for this laughable excuse for the staple mandatory pilot episode soft-core nudity

I can forgive the usual TV staples such as guns popping off at hearing friendly decibels
but this is just fresh cheddar

At this point, there was no way for the doctor to know that she was immune to vampire bites.

I get that she was scared. She could see that Axel wasn’t gonna make it. And the radiation was affecting her.

But she should have been upfront. She should have told Vanessa exactly what happened, maybe let Vanessa go back and try to return him. The doctor shouldn’t have been cagey; that’s what got Vanessa offended
