I was wondering what he was mouthing and what he was gesturing, and then when he delivered the line...classic!

The child welfare lady starting to read the Miranda rights to Hec and the lackadaisical cop says, uh, they only do that in America, and you're not actually a cop. And the lady looks disappointed.

When the cop goes on TV and says we are offering ten thousand dollars to anyone who can capture them, dead or alive.
And then the lady says 'alive, they should be alive'
and he says 'oh, alive, they should be alive'

And reading off the list of Ricky's felonies "smashing stuff, kicking stuff, blowing up stuff, spitting"

Lots of subtle funny lines in this movie, I enjoyed it. Had a bit of a Blues Brothers vibe to it at the end.
