Krang just didn't felt right

The teleport to the Krang World. How fast Shredder accepted. How no one even questions the Krang. How did Donnie get the Technodrome info AND commanding officer Krang like that *snaps finger*. Very odd. Also the betrayal of Krang...COME ON SHREDDER. Do you trust anyone you don't know and looks alien? WHY?

Just make another Shredder movie without Krang, but with some Krang gadgets would have made it better.

he felt underdeveloped and underutilized.

Krang was pretty much his 87 cartoon version: he was a genius brain who abused Shredder and made him his errand boy, but improved it a touch by disposing of Shredder before Shredder could betray him and by being able to handle the Turtles in combat.

His deeper voice was an unusual but appealing change IMO.

His design and voice acting was actually pretty cool IMO, but he sure felt rushed and underdeveloped. He hardly even got any introduction really - the second Shredder is teleported to him, he just starts rambling and slapping him.
Compared to something like the slow and atmospheric build up to the reveal of The Shredder in the first 1990 Turtles film, this movie could really have benefited with some pacing, atmosphere and plot-filling, especially in anything regarding Krang and Dimension X

And when you take into consideration that his plans, and threat to the world was the movies main driving plot, he hardly had any presence, or seemed like any real threat himself, since he was defeated just a few minuttes after the turtles met him for the first time.

I liked the look and personality of Krang. Everything else didn't make a lot of sense. Shredder would expend resources and manpower on a plan fostered by an alien he just met? I just don't buy it, its nonsensical even by cartoon standards. Wouldn't it have made more sense to establish through dialogue that they had somehow met before the events of the first movie?

Agreed 100% here. But also what would have been cool if Saches returned and he was really a Utrom. Either actually Krang or a Utrom who reported to Krang.

Gaping plot-holes aside, I thought Krang was the best part of the movie. They totally nailed that character.

Anyone here mentions Hotel California dies before the first line clears his lips.
